The project involves the design and construction of a two-storey, Next Generation Health and Racquet Club which shall include:
- A gymnasium, swimming pools, squash courts, premium spa area, kitchen, lounge, licensed bar and café, boardroom, offices for Next Generation and Tennis ACT, kids zone, play area, amenities and change rooms;
- New external elements will also be added, including: lighting, signage, infrastructure and services; and
- Refurbishment and upgrading of the entry driveways, car park and services infrastructure plus the removal of an UST (Underground Storage Tank) prior to the commencement of works.
